Research and field experience in organizational behavior comes from a variety of disciplines including management, sociology, and psychology and to a lesser degree anthropology, political science, economics and law. Since organizations encompass many different types of workgroups from physical laborers to executives, there are numerous modes and norms of behavior that mingle and interact.
